I had planned to use some free movie tickets that I received prior to Covid. Santikos no longer honors those due to changes from the pandemic, but the manager on duty still honored one of the tickets. It was very thoughtful and she didn’t even have to do that. I was very impressed. GREAT customer service.

i appreciate the assistance i received at the customer service desk. I booked the wrong time slot, they were happy to exchange it. They also made me aware I had a free ticket. The associates was very customer service oriented. This is why I love going to the Palladium. Thank you!!!!

Always a good experience. I gave it a 9 because you don’t have the ice cream anymore and on a few occasions we’ve gotten popcorn at the bottom of the machine so it was burned or mostly small pieces and kernels. At my last visit there was no soap in the restroom. Near theater 12 next to left sink.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. The fact that the recliner got stuck in the recline position (and I had to crawl out sideways) was not too great. But things happen! I made the front desk personnel aware of the defective recliner and they were very apologetic. A young man caught up to me in the parking lot and gave me a courtesy pass to a future movie. THAT WAS VERY NICE. Thank you.

Very comfortable seating. However, seating needs to be thoroughly cleaned after each movie shown. Might require additional staff hiring. Our seats were dirty! Trash found inside the back crease of our seats. Everything else was great!

Went to Monsta X last night. They must have imported decibels from Korea - earsplitting, seriously. Fifteen minutes into the film, I went to wet napkins to make earplugs. I have musician earplugs, but they were in a different purse, darn it. Ears still ringing a bit this AM.

only thing I'm not use to is showing tickets on my phone and paying a 3 dollar up charge.

members should have that fee waived?

I don't like waiting in line when only two registers are open. I know it's a worker shortage. thats fine, I'm just commenting.

Other than that I love it all.

Cleanliness of the environment. Friendly and helpful staff. I’ve been a regular customer for years and I’ve never been disappointed with the moviegoing experience! I refuse to go to any theaters that AREN’T Santikos!
