Anna was an incredible instructor. It was my first time at one of her classes, but her choice of music, her encouragement throughout the class, and her positive energy was unlike anything I've seen in a CorePower instructor. I will definitely be prioritizing attendance at her classes!

This is a special shout out for Myra. Myra is such a special person with a level of kindness that is very rare. She is an amazing manager of the upper west side studio, but she’s also just a ray of light for all of us coming in to take some time for ourselves. I am always so excited to see her and her energy brings an added level of motivation and joy every time. I know I’m not alone in this as many people adore Myra. And I also just took Lexi‘s class. It’s always an A+ class. She has amazing energy and excellent sequences.

I do not do yoga often (I am a group fitness instructor teaching 5 classes a week), but I love to add it when I can. I really loved all the movement and felt great during and after class. I have one suggestion (as a fitness professional), and that would be for the instructor to have a microphone. It was hard to hear her. If class members are not familiar with all the movements, it is helpful if you are sure what you are hearing. It was really fun, and I would come back when I am in town!
I like my core power instructors. They are wonderful and well trained. I hope they get compensated fairly for their hard work. I’ve read online that core power instructors get very low pay despite having full classes. I have not raised this with my personal instructors but have seen discourse about this on the internet.

I love the instructors and community that I feel in this studio! I never have any issues with cleanliness and I look forward to classes every time I go. The only feedback I have is that the studio is often out of wipes which I rely on to clean my mat after heated classes. Other than that I love this studio and would recommend it to anyone!!
The cleanliness, vibe and the amount of classes throughout the day. I like that they have showers and shampoo and conditioner at our service in every stall.

Lev’s Hot Power Fusion class is kind of like the secret menu at Starbucks. On the surface, you know exactly what you’re getting—the same familiar sequence we all expect from Hot Power Fusion. But when Lev is teaching, it becomes something completely different.
Her cues are where the magic happens. She guides you into poses you’ve done a hundred times before, but with subtle adjustments and fresh language that suddenly unlock entirely new sensations. A stretch you thought you already understood somehow becomes deeper, more intentional, and more connected to the rest of your body.
Lev’s knowledge of movement and anatomy truly stands out. She doesn’t just lead a class, she teaches you something about your body every single time you step on the mat. You leave feeling stronger, more aware, and with at least one “aha” moment about how a pose can feel.
If you love Hot Power Fusion but want the secret menu version of it, Lev’s class is the one to take. Same sequence, completely elevated experience.
It is intense with gradual use of most muscles!
It’s a great workout for both relaxing and intense options. Awesome when it’s cold outside to get warm quick and motivates me to workout. Best yoga classes I have taken!
