The La Cumbre CorePower is unlike any other CorePower I’ve been. What makes it special are the 9:30 am instructors. The flows make sense and are challenging. I’ve been to CorePowers in NY and gave up on going to class because the flows are not smooth and the classes are too easy. I prefer C2 classes.
Free parking, great classes, wish they had more yoga sculpt classes in studio, one. Being in that back little studio is kind of depressing and dark.
