I thought the class was really challenging but fun & the instructor explained every move well in explaining as well as demonstrating throughout.

Cara represents CPY's valuesI She understands what a CPY class is supposed to be like and delivers it beautifully. So far, she's been my favorite instructor in Washington DC and I've taken classes everywhere!

Annalise offered a great yoga sequence from a familization round to a more challenging and slightly faster pace in 2nd and 3rd round. Enjoy her class and I will be back to Golden Triangle for her class.

Love this studio! Instructors are amazing, kind, skilled, unique and I drive all the way from East Boston to attend classes here because its my favorite!
I love that there is a studio in both of cities I frequent. And I love that there are multiple classes for me to choose from.I just need an earlier strength class a couple times a week , like 545 am or 6 Am in Tustin thanks !
I love the Rockridge location. It truly feels like a community. When I come, the staff always remember my name, it is very welcoming. There are a few areas of improvement:
1. It can get smelly -- not sure if there is anything that can be done about that
2. We need more yoga sculpt teachers or the ones who sell out to add more classes
3. Is there a way to get more diversity? Maybe a partnership with Black to Yoga? Or recruiting more POC teachers?
4. There should not be overcrowded classes. It makes everyones experience not a great one and feels unhealthy, especially during Covid times. It would be nice for marketing on the floor to ensure everyone has the space that they need.
The class gave me the stretch I needed.
Hannah Z is such an amazing teacher! I'd take her class any day! The studio was also very clean, and everyone at the studio was so welcoming. Looking forward to my next class.
