The instructors at CorePower Yoga are truly exceptional. Not only are they highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they also possess a genuine passion for yoga that shines through in their teaching. Each class is expertly crafted to provide a balanced blend of asanas and breathwork, leaving me feeling energized and centered.
The variety of classes offered at CorePower Yoga cater to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or simply unwind after a long day, there's a class for you. I particularly enjoy the Hot Power Fusion classes, but also take C2 (probably more often than HPF).

The Woodbridge Corepower Yoga studio offers not only a variety of classes, but also an environment that fosters growth and tranquility. The studio and locker rooms are always clean and there is always someone to greet you at the front counter.
The studio offers community classes often on the lawn and special classes for members all the time.

This is a great studio (better than the surrounding ones!). The room is a perfect size with wonderful natural light and views. The instructors are wonderful and all a bit different, which is great and keeps things challenging and interesting for me.
Overall great experience at this studio!
Wilshire is the best studio on my opinion, and I love it there.

Great teachers and workout
I absolutely love this studio and the classes. In particular, doing Sculpt on Saturdays has been a highlight. My only feedback is that at Julia’s 10:30 class on Saturday, it was packed to the full 60 people. The music was loud, which is great, but with that many people and the music, she really needed a mic. The back two rows, even in the main section, not just the back, couldn’t hear her at all. We all had to rely on watching other people, to which they also seemed confused and kept doing different things. It was very hard to get a work out in because we were constantly reps behind trying to figure out what she was saying. This was the second time packed like this I’ve seen this and everyone leaving the class sitting back by the racks were frustrated.
I loved the nice big room! Other studios are so small and get packed quickly and I loved Brewers Hill's big space! I also loved Michael the instructor! He was very compassionate and supportive when I needed to take a break. I am very new to Core Power and the class got hot! Michael came out of class to check on me which made me feel cared for. Thank you Michael!
I was worried I would be overwhelmed because I am new to yoga but that was not the case. The staff was welcoming, informative, and made me feel comfortable during my first class.
Yoga in a heated environment is the best way to do it. It incorporates cardio with strength training. I could feel my joints being more flexible in the heated room. I love the format of flow, core, stretch. In My latest class, the instructor’s voice was a little too soft. It was hard to hear her amidst the music. Maybe the music was too loud??
CorePower facilities and instructors are great. The national network is a plus when traveling. Prices a bit higher than most other local yoga studios.
Studio is bright and clean. Staff is friendly, welcoming.
