Hello. I took Michelle H's Sculpt and Strength X Full Body classes. Both were a lot of fun. Michelle is a very experienced and supportive instructor who makes everyone feel capable. The workouts are challenging but doable, with excellent cues and great music. I left feeling accomplished and energized—and I can't wait to return!
Absolutely loved Ewa S's class at CorePower Glenview. It’s challenging in the best possible way, with a sequence that is 10 out of 10. The flow is cohesive and cleverly designed, building strength, balance, and focus. Ewa cues clearly, offers thoughtful adjustments, and keeps the energy uplifting. I left feeling energized, grounded, and excited to come back for the next practice.

All of the teachers are amazing. They are so full of energy and joy. I usually attend the 6AM class, the teachers just motivate me to work hard - and I LOVE it!
The Strength X class is the perfect length and I love the content. Jordan does a phenomenal job!
The main challenge with Lohi is Studio 2.
It's mainly used for HPF and Hot Yoga but that room is way too hot. The heat and the humidity rise to dangerous levels. It's much warmer and more dangerous than what we see in other studios with the same classes. It makes it hard for me as I have to drive a lot further to find a safe studio for HPF and Hot Yoga.
