The session on Tuesday 4/7 at noon was WAY OVER heated. I almost passed out and others had a hard time too. One person left. It wasn't a "hot yoga" session so not sure why it was so hot. I asked the instructor before the session to turn it down and she said she would. The heat kept coming on throughout the session.
The studio is so welcoming and clean! Every instructor gives you a new experience but they are all so educated and they make every class so enjoyable!
Megan was amazing. That was a long long drive for me from Oceanside but well worth the time I will continue to enjoy her classes guaranteed it’s worlds worth the drive:)

I love this place!
I like the intensity of the class, which really challenges me physically and keeps me engaged. The environment is also very motivating and positive, making it easier to stay focused, the professionalism of the instructors stands out they are knowledgeable, supportive, and help ensure I’m getting the most out of each session.
I enjoy the high energy, variety of classes and terrific teachers (Dani, Madison, Deanna, Hailey,etc) at the Hermosa studio. Dani has done an excellent job staffing and keeping the studio super clean. Her own classes are fun, challenging and inspiring..which reflects the overall vibe of the Hermosa studio. Great job!

Variety of classes , wonderful instructors , very clean and very well managed studio.
The staff are wonderful! I do wish that the bathroom area was cleaned as I went three times in one week and the bathroom seemed to not been touched at all wish was a bit concerning. Overall the staff is great and the studio is two minutes from my home so I will continue to go…. Just not to use the bathroom.
I enjoy the different class formats, fun playlists, educated instructors, and challenging moves each class provides.
