Even all of her substitutes have been terrific teachers. My family and I look forward to this class every week, and find it essential for our own personal well-being. I enjoyed the instructor; she’s why I went to this location. Selma is always pleasant and friendly, making every workout enjoyable when she teaches. However, I haven’t visited this location in over a month because I was frustrated with how the floors were never clean and always soaking wet. Still, Selma welcomed me back with a smile and even remembered my name, which was such a nice moment. Thank you for all your hard work, Selma!

Hands down Eden Prairie has the best instructors of all time! Angel, Wendy, Amy, Luke, Lindsay, Mary….anyone you go to brings it! Not only is it an exceptional workout, it is the highest quality experience paying particular attention to form and safety!

Lots of class choices!
Great studio, lots of classes to choose from, and the classes are taught by good teachers.
Please consider adjusting the door-closing mechanism for the doors to each studio so they don't slam shut noisily.
The new LED lights downstairs are fun but too bright, and kind of distracting.
I'd love to see a low-volume sculpt class. And it would be fun to have more throwback theme class offererings (80s, 90s music).
Great instructors, clean facility and plenty of studios to fit my needs depending on what area of San Diego I am in and what class I'd like to take.

I like the classes and the instructors - just the right amount of challenge and motivation. The heat is great as well. I would love more inversion classes. This class/workshop was offered recently but the class was full so I would love to see that class offered again.
The classes, space, and teachers are great. I also appreciate the locker room, showers and products available as I shower after class before I go to work.
I took a sculpt class on Sunday with Ariana R., and it was amazing! The pace, the movements, and the playlist were all spot-on. Plus, Ariana was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be signing up for another one of her classes! 🙏
