The first time I enrolled at CP I lost 85 lbs and went from a 44” waist to a 31” waist - and never felt better physically, emotionally and spiritually. After a car accident in 2017 I basically dropped out of my practice and, like many during Covid, I became more homebound and sedentary, and eventually, out of shape, overweight and sick. On April 28th I had a cardiac episode, lost consciousness and ended up in Scripps Hospital for 5 days. I received amazing care and was discharged with my medical condition diagnosed and treated. This gave me the incentive to get well again. So, I changed my diet and enrolled again at CP. after 90 classes in the past 5 months I have lost 40 lbs and threw away about a dozen prescription drugs that I no longer need. All of doctors, family and friends are amazed. More importantly I feel so much better - physically, emotionally and spiritually. I could not have done it without my CP studios - PB, UTC, Pt. Loma & Clairemont Mesa. Thank you CorePower. You’re a life changer and a lifesaver.

Quality instructors such as Julia Ch on Mon at 6 pm, Sophie O on Mon at 7:30 pm, Alisa W on Wed at 6 pm (she is always enthusiastic and full of energy), Quyen Nhu on Thur at 6 pm make a big difference; clean shower.
However, find instructor Cam B’s class boring, he does not show interest in teaching, CoreRestore class also boring, hardly anyone had signed up. Will not sign up for any more of instructor Cam’s class or CoreRestore class

We love taking sculpt with Alaina, (great workout with smiles), Michelle, (always fun, funny and motivational) and the addition of Monica at 9:30 on Wednesday has been amazing.
We drive from Park Ridge to Old Orchard to take Monica’s sculpt classes on Monday and Thursday, she’s worth the drive. It would be great if Monica taught more often at PR. Her classes are always creative, hot, fun, and she plays the best music and works you out hard like a personal trainer.
When we get an opportunity to take Pam’s early class it’s always an hour packed with challenging movements and a guaranteed calorie torch session. She’s a powerhouse.

This was the studio where I took my very 1st yoga class. I was encouraged by a good friend to try yoga after my husband’s passing. Seven years and it’s been my lifeline. After moving to Parker that’s my primary studio, but Park Meadows will always feel like home.❤️🙏🏻

The instructors are incredibly talented and have a variety of teaching styles, which I appreciate and enjoy. I like that the format of the C2 classes is pretty much the same with a flow, core, and then some peak pose work. Even though the content might be different, it’s nice to have the familiarity of the format. I’ve only taken one fusion class and liked it very much. I also like that there is variety of class times - I almost always find something convenient for my schedule. The studio is clean, the staff is super friendly and class instruction outstanding

I really like CorePower Yoga in Glenview — the location is super convenient, the teachers are great, and the community has such a good vibe. I just wish there was a bit more variety in the sequences for some of the classes. I know repetition helps with progress, but a little change now and then would be nice

With my work schedule, I can only take 5pm classes on weekdays. Most of the classes are sculpt, but each teacher is so different that it never gets boring. I get a consistent and intense work out each time.
