Always do a great job. i was quoted a price and we were charged more than twice as much as the quoted price. it was the same job as previous years and the gentleman on the phone making the appt was totally aware of our history. I was told it was miscommunication but not on my end. 3rd year and same drill each year...roughly the same quote and same cleanings. We were refunded the extra amount but wondering what the deal will be next year.

I have utilized Zerorez services 3 times and have been pleased with them. The technicians are very polite and respectful of your home. My dogs were a bit amped up at the doorbell ringing and the techs were understanding of the barking and jumping. I appreciate that. Overall I would recommend Zerorez and will continue to use services from them.

The 2 gentlemen who came were very respectful and explained everything they were going to do and had done. They didn't pressure me to buy more and said the package I purchased was perfect for our house. They were on time and my house was not a disaster after they left.
The only thing I would recommend is having better communication from the company leading up to my appointment. Someone reaching out to answer any questions I had. Other than this, I am extremely happy with the company.

I have had Zero Rez clean our carpets several times over the last 5 years. Unquestionably, ZeroRes is the best. It was even better this time. The technician was absolutely incredible. She worked hard making sure she perfectly cleaned carpet with heavy stains from pets. If all businesses had an employee like her they would be at the top of their industry.
They work! My carpet and stairs are so clean and there is no residue. Your crew is also awesome-- so polite, on time, and thorough.

We loved the friendliness and efficiency of the workers who came to our home, Shawn and Castor. They got right to work and explained what they would do. Some dust residue was found after they left, but a good vacuuming got rid of that.
You showed up on time and let me know when you were headed to my home. Castor did a great job cleaning the carpets. He was extremely friendly and professional. The carpets look great - nice job!!

Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Zerorez leaves your carpets almost dry when they leave. Have used them for years.
Dillan did a fantastic job of pre-treating stains and cleaning our carpets to perfection. He made sure our questions were answered and allergy concerns were addressed. He gave us a 45 minute warning before arriving on time.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Jason and Joel came out talked to me about what I was wanting and explained what they would be doing. They were very polite men. I was also surprised I was able to get the carpet scheduled for cleaning so quick. Excellant job done.
They get results — have spots or dirty traffic areas? They work on those and make your carpet all one color again. It dries fairly fast so you can use the area quicker. Used many times and always happy with the service and results.
