The cleaning of our duct work was completed on time, the service reps arrived on time with a call ahead of time to let us know of their arrival. They put down floor coverings in key places, were courteous, told us what they were doing and showed us the pictures of the before and after condition of our duct system.
We were very pleased with their work.
Our renter left the carpets really filthy and with dog pee. I didn’t think we would be able to get them clean. We were pleased that the carpets turned out as well as they did. There are a few spots but they look really good.
The guys were courteous and efficient, and when I required further service they showed up and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. Thank You!!

My carpet looks great and I love that no toxic chemicals are used. The only critique I have is the tipping option upon payment. Your employees work very hard and I would hope you compensate them accordingly. If I think your employee has done above and beyond their job then I will gladly tip. Having that as a part of payment seems like you are pressurizing people.
