We had SHANE as our carpet cleaner professional on Monday and he was AMAZING!!!! We have had pet odors in our carpets for quite a while. He took his time and made sure that the smell was completely gone! It was such a wonderful experience! So thankful he saved our carpets!!!

Very professional service. I like the fact the process does not leave soap residue behind. It is not uncommon to have a musty smell to the carpets after cleaning however.

The company is always professional, great products, top-notch, equipment, and training. The young lady that came in to do my room a recall. Went above and beyond to find the source of the odor took the time it allotted to laminate it. She was my last ditch effort before having to replace the carpet. Which I cannot do lol she is a lifesaver. She’s very knowledgeable at her job, extremely professional, sweet, kind, and happy.
