The carpet cleaner was knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. She did a thorough job. She removed virtually all of the stains and improved the smell in our home immensely. She was also honest about the limitations of the product and suggested ways to improve our chances of continuing to keep the floors clean. I will gladly have her come again when the floors require it.

I use Zerorez KC for my annual carpet cleaning because they are certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute. I love that the method and that there isn't a film on the carpet or any residue. Keeps it feeling clean and new.
