I initially chose Zerorez to clean my carpets because I have pets and I liked the fact that their cleaning process leaves no harmful chemicals in my carpet. The cleaning job was done and I was most pleased with my carpets, which I might add, had not been cleaned much in their twenty-three years of existence. Zerorez provides a thirty-day guarantee, which I put to the test when I noticed an area that looked as if it needed additional cleaning to make it match the remaining part of the carpet. I called the company about my concern and Zerorez made good on their guarantee, sending out a technician who not only cleaned the area in question, but also cleaned the entire living room carpet again.
