Get up stains I wouldn't have believed. Your technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I have used you several times and always pleased.

The entire process was great! When our technician arrived, he looked through the house and provided us with more information about the pet products they offer. After he completed the basement, he has us come and take a look to ensure we were happy with the progress before he continued with the rest of the house.

The carpet looked fantastic when he was done and smelled great! It also dried pretty quickly which was an added bonus. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

Can’t say enough great things about zerorez and their Air duct cleaning. Both guys were extremely professional and took the time to answer all my questions. My wife had conference calls going. On during the cleaning. The guys took extra care to work around her call schedule to get the job done. A score of 10 is not high enough for the level of service we received! Will be a repeat customer and recommending zerorez to family and friends for duct cleaning.

I’ve been pleased with Zerorez cleaning my carpets for several years now. We have ours cleaned annually and have been satisfied with their results.

We have an elderly dog and a young rescue dog, Love them, but our carpet was paying the price. We have used the other commonly known carpet cleaning companies with minimal success.
The results using Zerores was amazing. They had to do their 2 step process on some of the tougher spots, but well worth it. The young man that came out was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get the best results.
I will not use anyone else ever again.

Friendly and professional service! The process was thoroughly explained upon arrival, and the results were amazing (especially for 15 year old carpets). All odors were eliminated, the carpet dried quickly, and the soft texture was restored. I can't say enough about the amazing results and professional staff! I will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors!
