I initially chose Zerorez to clean my carpets because I have pets and I liked the fact that their cleaning process leaves no harmful chemicals in my carpet. The cleaning job was done and I was most pleased with my carpets, which I might add, had not been cleaned much in their twenty-three years of existence. Zerorez provides a thirty-day guarantee, which I put to the test when I noticed an area that looked as if it needed additional cleaning to make it match the remaining part of the carpet. I called the company about my concern and Zerorez made good on their guarantee, sending out a technician who not only cleaned the area in question, but also cleaned the entire living room carpet again. I am very happy with my choice of this company for carpet cleaning, one that not only gets the job done right, but also backs up their work by going the extra mile.

You staff is friendly and takes time to explain what is going to be done. Castor was excellent in explaining everything and friendly. He did a really good job cleaning my ductwork and vents. I scheduled him again to come out to clean my carpet in July. And will be scheduling again to get the UVC air purifier for my home. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone because they do an excellent job!

I like that you provide cleaning services of airducts with your portfolio. The technician that provided that service was informative about the process and showed me the collection of dust with pictures and videos before and after. He educated me about my HVAC unit including the kind of filter that I should be using (this was a new house that I had just moved into). So he was very well versed on the whole HVAC system which provided me with a level of confidence. He also educated me on the UV Light that you install and as a result, I decided to add that to my purchase.
