There were several small places in a hallway that didn’t come clean during the first cleaning. Zero rea returned a second time, no charge, and took care of them, again efficient and speedy. Carpets dry quickly, no spots show back up after it dries, I only had my carpets and one chair to be cleaned. I needed the arm of one sofa to be cleaned also. He took care of that. Had a rug that I didn’t prearrange for that cleaning that I wanted done. He said I wasn’t even using my full rooms so he did it half price. He was nice and polite!

The online scheduling process was very easy and I received a follow up phone call. I made the online appointment but wondered if I could get in earlier since no earlier dates were available online. The young man (I apologize but I forget his name) I spoke with was able to get me in a week earlier. William was the professional on-site to clean and he was outstanding. He walked me through the house asking if I had any problem areas that needed special attention. He was polite, professional and dressed in the Zerorez uniform. He used shoe covers upon entering my home. The cost was very reasonable. William let me know that there was a possibility some stains may be difficult to remove so I knew before hand of that possibility and what Zerorez could do if that happened. I was overjoyed at the cleanliness of my carpet and the deodorizer was worth every penny. I have used other big name companies but Zerorez by far outshines them all. NO residue and drying time was about 6-8 hrs. My sister in law recommended Zerorez and I will too.
