The fact that there is supposed to be no chemical residue, it smelled clean after Joel was done, and it did dry in the time we were told it would. I liked being given the bottle of water also.

The technician (Joel Steed) was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable about the products, etc. Our carpet is 21 years old (albeit, no pets and/or children), we were totally amazed at the results. We've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but the results we received from Zerorez has been by far the best.
