The technician was very professional and helpful with removing the carpet stains and odor. He went above my expectations with treating and cleaning my carpet to ensure it looked and smelled like new. The area treated had severe pet odor and stains from tenants who did not care about the damage the animals caused. The carpet was brand new when they moved in 17 months ago and I was grateful the carpet did not have to be replaced after the treatment.

I liked the ease of making the appointment online and the communication a couple of days prior and the day of the appointment. The carpet looked great and dried a lot faster than when I've used other, standard companies. I also liked the free bottle of stain remover that was given to me!
