I had carpet stains that came back, so in my first survey I only gave a 6. I was completely surprised to have Joel call me and schedule to come back and try to remove the stains. He worked hard in the problem area and we agreed that the stains may come back again. However, he did his best to clean the area and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the service. I've used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past, and not a single one ever cared to ask how the service was and if I was pleased. I was trying to decide whether to buy new carpet. I had Zerorez clean it first they did such a great job I feel I don't need new carpet .
