Our carpet is really clean. When I called you to remove black grease stains that had been tracked into the house and down the basement steps I was very impressed that no stain remained after the cleaning.

Absolutely phenomenal service. From the person on phone to end result. Steve was awesome and the results surpassed expectations. I can't imagine dirtier carpet than we had, and most of it looks nearly new. We had serious stains that we didn't think were removable, while some weren't, the ones in the most critical areas are GONE. We bought the house recently and knew we needed new carpet but for a super low price (exactly the one quoted) we no longer have to be embarrassed to entertain guests. Best of all, we can now refocus our budget on other projects before spending a fortune on new flooring. I'm not someone that regularly writes reviews, in fact this may be my first, but WOW! I can't think of better money I've ever spent. I will be a ZeroRez evangelist for a long time to come. ,
