Our carpet is really clean. When I called you to remove black grease stains that had been tracked into the house and down the basement steps I was very impressed that no stain remained after the cleaning.

I had carpet stains that came back, so in my first survey I only gave a 6. I was completely surprised to have Joel call me and schedule to come back and try to remove the stains. He worked hard in the problem area and we agreed that the stains may come back again. However, he did his best to clean the area and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the service. I've used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past, and not a single one ever cared to ask how the service was and if I was pleased. Have purposely waited 3 wks. + before I filled this out. In my past experience, with other carpet cleaners, the spots have quickly returned, within 10-14 days. In your case, they seemed to have NOT returned, which makes me very happy.

I was trying to decide whether to buy new carpet. I had Zerorez clean it first they did such a great job I feel I don't need new carpet .

Through the years I have had several different companies clean our carpets and I can truthfully say Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning method I have experienced in the past 50 years. Our carpets look new again. Ray Dercher
