The service rep was awsome. Very personable. Got down and actually smelled the carpet to see if it needed extra treatment. Service rep was timely, he gave me a final cost before he started and asked if it was okay. Some parts of the carpet were really soiled. I was amazed that he was able to get them as clean he did. Believe me, he worked up a sweat. The carpets feel clean and soft. I will never use anyone but zerorez.
