The Technicians who did the work -- John Phelps -- was great, and very conscientious with his equipment so as not to damage walls and woodwork, or leave puddles behind on the rainy day he worked at my house. The rainy weather affected how long the carpets took to dry but by morning everything went back where it was. It's too soon to tell if the promise of their process holds true, but everything is clean, and there is no perfumy scent - just clean!

The 3 times I have dealt with the Kansas City office, they have been extremely polite and concerned that they do a job I will be happy with. Plus, I believe your products are somewhat green without toxic chemicals.
