Great experience with Zerorez yesterday! We found their employees, Micah and Justin prompt, reliable, courteous, informative and dependable. The job they did on our carpet was very impressive. They removed the stains and explained the process they were using as they were cleaning it. Our 13 year old carpet looks "almost" like new again. We were very pleased with both the employees and the job. We will use them again when we need our carpet cleaned. Thank you Zerorez!

No residue! The technician was very knowledgeable and explained his entire process. He even showed where we has problem areas- extra wear and tear in carpet- and gave suggestions for maintenance. He was quick to complete his tasks and did a superb job! We did NOT have soggy carpets! What a plus! Everything is fresh smelling and clean!

I love that Zero-Rez is exactly that. No harsh soaps and chemicals going into my carpet. The team arrived on time, explained exactly what they would be doing, made sure we were in agreement on the services and price and went right to work. The carpet cleaning process was very well explained to me from the Kansas City office
on the phone and again when they arrived
at my home. I am a person who likes a lot of detail. The two technicians who came to do the work were well presented at the door,
communicated well, answered any questions
that I had during the process. I was very impressed with the Zerorez process and the
