I read their ratings and heard from some nearby neighbors about how good they were. You do have to give a time block to schedule just like some of the reviews stated. The original guy who was to come and clean my basement carpet was running behind on schedule and called to discuss with me to make sure I'm still good. He wanted to make sure I was a happy customer so he sent John, who was on schedule and in my neighborhood to meet in the time frame block that I was scheduled. John was awesome and I would highly recommend them.

I heard about this company from Dana and Parks radio show and thought I'd give them a try. The nice young man, Micah called in the morning and was here promptly when he said he would be. I liked that he listened to my worries and explained the cleaning process. I was happy with how professional he was and my carpet looks great.
