Eco-friendly and, with no soapy residue, the carpets are unbelievably soft!

I had a great experience. The tech arrived early in my time window and was done with my small house in less than an hour. The previous owners of my house used a lot of air freshener and your products diminished the smell significantly. When the cleaning was completed, my carpets in my new house looked brand new. Adding to the experience, my tech Riley noted that the estimate I received was too high and reduced the price to the appropriate amount. Bonus!!! Thanks for your great service. I like the fact you leave us with a bottle of the magic water. It is amazing at removing stains. Found out it can be used for numerous other cleaning purposes.

Overall I think Zerorez is a better product than other carpet clearners using shampoos or cleaners. This is our second time using Zerorez and we will definitly do it again. The service technician was professional and very helpful.
