The carpets are really clean and look amazing. The fact that we don't have to deal with any chemical smell is a deal winner. We previously had our old carpet cleaned by other companies. There is a chemical smell that last for days to weeks. There is also the issue that you walk around on your carpets and they feel like I don't know how to describe it there's something on them. With Zerorez, once the carpets are dried they're perfectly fine. And they look great.
