Everything about Zerorez was a great experience! The price was very comparable with other companies and I didn't even need a coupon! The young man who came to our house was friendly and professional. He worked very diligently, giving special attention to my areas of concern. When he was finished, I couldn't believe my eyes. My rugs looked almost new!!! Best part was no lingering chemical smell. I will definitely use this company again and happily tell others about this quality company.

Justin was great. Went over the entire process during the walkthrough and answered all my questions. Super efficient. In and out in about an hour. And as soon as he was finished I asked a few questions including information about getting our hardwood floors done and he answered everything and measured for the Harwood floors.

We were impressed with the servicemen. He was right on time and explained the process as well as the product.

We had two rooms cleaned by Jacob with Zerorez. Jacob did an excellent job of cleaning both
rooms, especially our downstairs basement. I was absolutely amazed at how clean that carpet is. I don't believe that carpet has been that clean since it was first put in.
I was skeptical about using Zerorez due to negative comments I had read, but the endorsement
of a radio host I listen to gave me the confidence to at least give Zerorez a try. I'm glad I did.
In the future, when we need carpet cleaning, I am going to request Jacob with Zerorez.
