We recently had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez, and are very happy with the work. They were easy to schedule, notified me of when they could come and arrived on time. the tech was very clean, courteous and professional. He told me what he was going to do, affirmed the price and got to work. He worked quickly, quietly and did a fantastic job. Once finished he showed me the one spot he was unable to get out and why, I had spilled a drop of paint on the carpet. He also did everything we asked including a couple of upholstered chairs. We were very happy with all he did. The price was great....we will definitely use them again.

I love the way my carpet looks when you are finished, so clean and you got all my dog slobbers and bone stains off the carpet.

My entire experience was a positive one. The scheduling was quick and easy. I requested my services and date/time slot on line and received a call back quickly to confirm. They showed up on time and did a great job! The technician was very informative and so polite. He took time to make sure that the hoses did not damage any of our woodwork and spent extra time on the high traffic areas. My carpets look and smell great! I will definitely continue to use Zerorez and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

Our tech, Riley, explained everything beforehand. He did an amazing job at cleaning our carpets very quickly. After that, he explained what he did and if any more spots came up, he would come back out within a month and fix it. We were also left with a bottle of spot remover that gets refilled anytime they come out. Very impressed!
