So many things I like about your services.

1) Really appreciate the 30 minute heads up call each time your rep is on the way.
2) Really appreciate that when they recommend the use of additional product on the carpeting, that if the client says no, that that's the end of it, NO hard, back & forth hard sell. Your representative honored that and it is appreciated very much.
3. Really appreciate it when the rep is caring and very thorough to clean as much of the carpeting as possible.

We always tell the rep that we have vacuumed and cleared out as much of the furnishings that we can,so if they run into a space where something is in the way, that they could feel totally comfortable in not trying to figure out a way to get to that blocked space, but rather to just ignore it and move on. They seem to appreciate knowing that.
