I especially enjoy working with the staff! Calling to make an appt was easy, everyone was friendly, the person who came out to my home did a WONDERFUL job. he was so nice and polite, my carpet looks amazing. it feels fresh and clean . No odors left over after the carpet dried. All of my pet stains are gone. The carpet also dried super fast before the birthday party. I always use Zerorez every time! I wouldn't go anywhere else because I am so completely satisfied with every aspect of their services.

The lack of chemicals and the wonderful clean scent certainly were a pleasant result...not to mention amazingly-clean carpets! The techs who came out, Shawn and Shane, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, and made the experience a very pleasant one. They were on time, efficient, and so great to work with. Cleanliness and timeliness
