I have animals but I don’t want my house to smell like animals, your product takes care of that.
I like the fact that your product really doesn't leave a residue. Also, it seems to dry pretty fast -- especially if you have ceiling fans you can turn on.
Your employee Castor did an excellent job and was nice and polite.
This company is awesome. They are always making sure you understand everything they're doing, what they can do, if there's anything you need or don't need. My tech was so so kind and he, himself, had wonderful things to say about his employer that they are very respectful and care about their employees.

I honestly can not say enough great things about your service! I get my carpet cleaned every October. I have dogs, I also foster so therefor there are accidents. I can always get an appointment when needed. Dillion called and said he could come a little earlier, if that was okay. It was perfect. He arrived earlier, we did a walk through, I showed him the areas that needed a little extra attention. And as expected, PERFECTION! Thank you again, ZEROREZ!
