Castor was exceptional! He explained everything that he was going to help us clean!! He did a great job and I will be asking for him every time!! This was the second time that we have used Zerorez! We will never switch to another company! We have the kids, constant company, 2 pets and WHITE carpet! Our carpet is 3 years old and still almost perfect white!! The lack of chemicals and the wonderful clean scent certainly were a pleasant result...not to mention amazingly-clean carpets! The techs who came out, Shawn and Shane, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, and made the experience a very pleasant one. They were on time, efficient, and so great to work with. I would highly recommend Zerorez, and will personally only use their services in the future!
