We will never switch to another company! We have the kids, constant company, 2 pets and WHITE carpet! Our carpet is 3 years old and still almost perfect white!! I paid for two full house carpet cleanings done on two different days days in completely different parts of the KC metro. Both my 85 year old mother and my friend said exactly the same thing. Two different technicians, Shawn and Dillon, same thing said they were fantastic, friendly, professional, and did a really great job. They both got tipped! Smells and looks, clean and fresh. John (my assigned technician) was very professional and answered all my questions telling me what he was doing with every procedure and very pleasant to deal with. Also, like that John showed up on time and I was notified in advance that he was on his way. Talked with Joel in the office several times and found him to be very professional and responsive to my requests.

Castor was my technician and did a great job cleaning the carpeting for both bedrooms and the walk-in closets at my apartment complex (it was required upon move-out to get the carpets professionally cleaned and furnish proof).

Carpets looked brand new and the place smelled great after he was finished. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. When the time comes to getting the flooring cleaned at the house, I'll definitely give Zerorez a call and see if I can get Castor out there.

In my opinion, the service and quality meets or exceeds the known national carpet cleaner, with a price that is very competitive. Well worth using them.
