The finished clean carpet looked better than expected. Caster was our technician and did a great job. Stains we thought wouldn't come completely out are gone!

Looks like the carpet is cleaner than when I had it steam cleaned. drying time might have been a little shorter but still took a while and I expected that. Was impressed when tech Castor went over with me what his procedure was. He was thorough and neat in his work. Didn't try to upsell
me to services that I did not want or need like that steam cleaning company. Castor was very professional.
your company will be first on my list to call next time.
