My carpet not only looks clean, but it's a very pleasant clean smell. There isn't any chemical smell. I like the clean products that are used. I never have to wait days to get an appointment. Justin was friendly and explained everything in detail.

Carpets seem to stay cleaner longer because the everyday residue seems to disappear with regular vacuuming,. The bottle of fluid they give you is a miracle worker!

I appreciated the turnaround time from inquiry call to the date of service. Adam, the employee who serviced our house was professional, courteous, and a hard worker. I especially liked the fact that the price given over the phone was exactly the price I paid with no surprises. Lastly, I was thrilled that measure were taken to protect our wood floors and wall corners from damage.

Knowledgeable techs, great service and always willing to come back. Very easy to work with and rates are very reasonable. Feel very comfortable with the products with my two dogs.

The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. a few of the pet stains have returned, but the rest of the carpets are perfect. A suggestion would be: go over the pet stains 3-4 times. Other than that, I am very pleased with the company an the service.
