When I said I needed cleaning services on short notice he worked with me to get me in once he had a cancellation. The price he quoted was the price that I was charged. The young man who came to the house was efficient and professional. He came on time and was in and out in an hour as promised. The carpets are clean and fresh and they dried quickly. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
