I thought that it went fast, no smell, no harmful chemicals, and very reasonable. The person doing the cleaning was very professional yet very personable. He answered all my questions and was pleasant to deal with. He couldn’t say enough good about this company which gave me even more confidence in the work being done.

Calling to make an appt was easy, everyone was friendly, the person who came out to my home did a WONDERFUL job. he was so nice and polite, my carpet looks amazing. it feels fresh and clean . No odors left over after the carpet dried. All of my pet stains are gone. The carpet also dried super fast before the birthday party. I always use Zerorez every time! I wouldn't go anywhere else because I am so completely satisfied with every aspect of their services.
