Great customer service and Caster and Shawn went above and beyond, our carpet looks awesome!! We have never had friendlier or more knowledgeable people when it comes to cleaning carpets. Appreciate the cleaning process is nontoxic too! Our dog unfortunately was sick and had a pretty bad accident in a few areas about 3 weeks after Caster had cleaned our carpets. Shawn came out and tried so hard to get the remaining stains out, went above and beyond, but unfortunately it couldn't be done, no fault of his own!! BUT..... good news..... after the carpet completely dried, it took awhile because of the humidity, the stains are lifting, yay!! We purchased ZeroStink and plan on working on the stains some more and believe they will continue to lift! Thanks Zerorez! Don't hesitate to give this terrific company your business!!
