I would highly recommend Zerorez for their carpet cleaning service! My service technician, Castor, did a phenomenal job on our newly purchased home. Appointment scheduling was flexible and accommodating to have carpets cleaned and dry prior to moving truck arrival. I received multiple email/text reminders and a call from Castor just prior to my appointment (and he arrived promptly as quoted). This company offered a military/law enforcement discount and he was especially thorough in his evaluation of square footage to correct my overestimate which brought the quoted price down. Their touch-free payment system was incredibly easy via a secure text message portal and emailed receipt gives detailed description of areas and assessment of special treatment given or areas of concern. Thank you again for your great quality and customer service!

Your people are friendly and professional. They do the job quickly but thoroughly and don't make a mess. The rugs dry fast and stay clean for a long time. They are polite and clean up after themselves. You would never know they were there except that your rugs are clean.

Carpets hadn't been cleaned for a long time but looked great after they were cleaned by your company. Even the pets stains came out.

ZeroRez knocked it out of the park with their top notch customer service, communication, professionalism, timeliness and above all, amazing results! Chemical free is important to me, Caster was very thorough and the cleaning process removed dust, residue, pet hair and odors that were in a carpet that hadn't been cleaned for 4 years. Dried in a few hours, left a nice orange smell. I will be recommending them to everyone I know and I'm now a fan for LIFE!
