The technician was on time, polite, and good to work with. I have some old carpet with several severe stains that ZeroRez was able to get most, if not all, pulled out of the carpet. I was pleasantly surprised and the carpeted areas turned out great.

Professionalism

Services clearly described and priced. The add-ons weren't shockingly expensive. I went for the protectant in a few areas. The technician was pleasant and did a very thorough job in less time than I expected.

Jacob came promptly and did a very nice job on my carpets. My house smells so much better. I have very light colored carpet. They now look great!

The technician did a really good job. He saw a stain that I had missed and pointed this out to me. He could have not said a thing but this was good customer service and it showed he was paying attention. I know he said he was only employed by Zero Rez for 4 months. You might want to point this comment out to the technician that this was good to comment to people about this.

It did seem like this time the carpets in both rooms seemed wetter than the last time. We couldn't put the furniture back until the following night. I was happy when the technician called me and told me that he was running late. He was over an hour late getting to my house because of the prior home taking so long. I knew something was wrong because you guys in the past have always been on time. I will continue to use you guys and recommend you to others. I thought it worked out well that you could do Rick's home also on the same day as mine. I will try to coordinate this again.
