I went online scheduled my appointment. I received a confirmation email and text a week before. The day of the appointment John called to let us know the timeframe. He provided excellent customer service. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. We had some nasty stains and the house smells wonderful. It was such an easy process.
