The scheduling was not the best, since the next door neighbor and I tried to schedule on the same day, but was serviced by two different vans at different times. The van had a problem and could not clean the carpet at the time they come to our house. They had to get another van to clean the carpet. The person cleaning the carpet was very good and did a great job.

I rec'd immediate communication when I setup my online appt. In fact, I submitted my request for carpet cleaning late afternoon and by the next morning I rec'd a call from the technician to setup a time later that day. The technician was prompt, very professional, discussed the areas of concern and promptly finished the job. My carpets look very nice and clean.
