Easy to set up appointment that is convenient for me. Technicians have always been cordial, professional, and hard-working. Service and product is superior to other competitors with carpet being cleaned very well but without obnoxious chemical odors. Carpet dries relatively quickly after cleaning, too.

The work was done quickly and well; the carpet looked much better; I prefer the zero residue process.

Excellent customer service. In the beginning I was assigned a technician, Castor, to clean my air ducts. Months later I was not getting air from a few of my vents. I was assigned the same tech because he was already familiar with my house and myself. He explored the issue and identified the problem. The problem had nothing to do with his previous cleaning, however he still fixed what he could. He then scheduled another person to come out and examine it. My technician came back with Matt and fixed my issue. Customer satisfaction is what Zerorez is all about. I am a happy customer. Next I’ll have my furniture and carpet cleaned. I am checking my house to see what else they can do for me.
