I have used Zero Rez twice and was very happy with the results both time. I was favorably impressed with Zero Rez personnel; they took a lot of care to do a good job right down to the last detail. My rugs/carpets looked great when they were done. I also like the ease in which we can schedule appointments for work and I think the pricing is fair.

Shawn did a great job. From start to finish.

I was drawn to the fact there is no residue left on the carpet/fabric. The scheduling process was extremely easy to use and I booked the appointment date best for me. The prior notification process was excellent. I never wondered when someone was going to show up. Finally, the young man who came to do the cleaning was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and did a great job!

The man who did the work seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job. We had the company do the cleaning two years ago and we were very satisfied then and so had the carpets cleaned again this year by the same company and very pleased with the person who did the work.

Safe, clean, they work

Shane did a great job, was on time, polite, and explained the process well. The carpet looked great and even the dog’s favorite “accident” room smelled so much better. A real plus was that the carpet only took a few hours to dry using a couple fans. I have hated the companies that leave the carpet sopping wet for days.

Cleaned very well with no harsh chemicals

The technician was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his pointing out areas that needed additional cleaning that I couldn't see. The carpets feel and smell so much fresher. I did have one area of deep cleaning that wasn't successful. Either the cat found the spot again immediately after the cleaning - or the smell just couldn't find its way out. I've since removed that piece of carpet & pad and I have no smell remaining. I love ZeroRez and will use you again!
