This is the second time we had Sean clean our carpets. He’s always been on time and clearly communicates each step in the cleaning process and the cost involved. The end result is fantastic! All pet stains were removed and the carpets look like new.

Not sure the spelling but his name was Kaster…outstanding performance. He really took care of the job. All business, very courteous, very thorough, did not waste any time. January 2022: Oh my gosh, Cody is a genius! My sweet dog got sick in the night, vomited blood and had diarrhea all over the bedroom. It was horrifying to think that I would have these wretched stains to remind me of his tragic passing. Cody worked absolute magic to work to clear the stains. In addition he was very thoughtful and kind, explaining the steps he would take. He cleaned the entire upstairs carpet so it looks brand new! He deserves every accolade! Zerorez is the best service of all! Thank you!
