The most important reason that I chose Zerorez was for the environmental friendly treatment and using a solution that enhances the cleaning water to release dirt from our flooring. You are correct when you state that there is 'no residue remaining on the carpet' that attracts dirt to accumulate over time on the carpet fibers. We have used Zerorez 3-4x over the years and will continue their services in the future. We happily refer family and friends, as well.

We are extremely pleased with the work Zerorez KC did - we had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned and it is unbelievable what came out of them!
