Carpet cleaned. Jacob the tech. who cleaned was polite and put some effort in the cleaning, known as elbow grease. Very efficient Only problem I had was no phone call day before as stated on internet.

The employees were very friendly and the one thing I appreciate is how the gentleman communicated with us about our carpet stains. We have a 6 year old and her carpet was very dirty. He communicated on what was on the carpet and got up all the stains. Our place looks brand new. We are very happy with the service.

Zerorez was very professional and courteous from the moment I called inquiring about their services. Castor was the technician that did the work in our home. We had all of the air ducts cleaned and the dryer vent, too. Castor was very nice, respectful of our home and we really appreciated it.
