We have used Zerorez for years for our carpet maintenance plan when we remodeled the house. We have always been happy with their work.

We have not used them for upholstery until the past week. Dylan was prompt and provided quick service. Dylan was able to get the remaining bbq wing stain out of my white high back upholstered chair. As I was out of town when the accident occurred at home, I was able to talk to someone right away for advice on how to clean the chair until a service tech could come out. I appreciate their support and honest approach to service.

Zerorez has always been for us a professional carpet cleaner and vent cleaner for our house.Shawn did our events this week and was a professional vent cleaner and he was very nice he was friendly and he did a remarkable job on our vents.
