I had my air vents cleaned. The technician was excellent. He took photos of the dust and showed them to me throughout the process. He then showed me photos after they were cleaned. I was not aware of the process and really appreciated him explaining all of the steps to me. I’ve had this company clean my carpets and sofa; they did a great job on them, also.

Zerorez is the only carpet cleaner I will use. They are easy to schedule, fair pricing, friendly techs that work hard to please.

Very fast, very friendly and a great price.

The main aspect of ZeroRes that I needed is that no residue is left on the carpet. Have two pets, this is very important to me. Neither pet showed any signs of sickness or even any discomfort.
The service technician, Mia, provided excellent customer service! She answered all my questions, did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, explained everything she would be doing and is also very professional and friendly, wonderful to work with.

Excellent explanations and expedient work

The gentleman who came to our house was so polite, well mannered, and explained what the products were he was using and why.

Castor did a great job. His morning appointment canceled and he texted to move up our job, if it was convenient to us. It worked out perfectly and he was punctual, professional and explained the entire process. We have had Zerorez services twice before, but Castor qas the only technician that gave us the bottle of cleaner, which he explained should have been offered to us at the previous jobs. Highly recommend Zerorez and Castor.

Our carpets are at least 5 years old and they look like new. Jacob did a great job, I would recommend Zeroes to anyone. Their price is very reasonable.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning company out there. They cleaned 2 rooms a hallway my living room and stairs for a very fair price. Put my furniture on sliders for me and even moved the couch and love seat to shampoo under them. My carpets were so clean they looked new.

It’s Chemical Free. The smell of Lemon and Orange are uplifting, and makes it smell nice in the house. There are no chemicals flying around in the air. They do a really good job. The people are friendly, and the prices are very fair. Mya who did my mothers house, did an excellent job! She was really really great. When we have carpets cleaned, or any other floor type, we want Mya to do it for us. That includes ourselves, and any other family members and friends. Also we appreciate the military discount too. The carpets are cleaned without chemicals and are left feeling and looking fresh and clean. They dry super quickly. We also appreciate the ionized water that they leave for spot treatment - works like a charm.
