Always do a great job. i was quoted a price and we were charged more than twice as much as the quoted price. it was the same job as previous years and the gentleman on the phone making the appt was totally aware of our history. I was told it was miscommunication but not on my end. 3rd year and same drill each year...roughly the same quote and same cleanings. We were refunded the extra amount but wondering what the deal will be next year.

This technician is the best. He doesn't rush the job. He makes sure everything is super clean and beautiful. He even got rid of the staining on our rug that I didn't think would ever come out. We would choose Shane every time! He never disappoints.

I have utilized Zerorez services 3 times and have been pleased with them. The technicians are very polite and respectful of your home. My dogs were a bit amped up at the doorbell ringing and the techs were understanding of the barking and jumping. I appreciate that. Overall I would recommend Zerorez and will continue to use services from them.
