I like your professional employee. I like that the hose is hooked up to the truck. I like that the smell of the cleaner is not overpowering. I like how the carpets looked when cleaning was completed. I was a little concerned that it was still damp in 3 hours, but we set up a fan and it was perfectly dry by the morning.

We cannot say enough good things about him-it seems so many services have deteriorated in the last 2 years: not this time. What a happy surprise! You need to clone him.

Overall good results even well traveled areas. One exception is in front of couch which doesn’t seem as clean as the rest of the carpet. Dillion was professional annd knowledgeable.

Side note, we weren’t given a time frame for the appointment before the day of the appointment.

We had never had ducts cleaned before. It has made a huge difference in the air quality of our new home. When we purchased it, the previous owners had animals in the house and there was hair and dander everywhere.

10/10 recommend getting your ducts cleaned.

They came the very next day and arrived between the hours that they told me. One of the spots did not come out and they came back out and took care of it. Also, very friendly.

Most importantly, your product is incredibly restorative cream cleansing to all carpet. But I love that it’s mostly water free, so no drying time. And my technician, Shane, was very helpful and friendly and extremely efficient
