Two knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough young persons cleaned 2 bedrooms, the hall, and the living room carpets. They did a great job and helped move some items in order to clean the entire rooms. The carpets were dry within about 4 hours. It did help to have the windows open and fans on but I have had the same situation and it took over 12 hours with another company to get dry. They were very polite and pleasant. Thanks ZeroRez.

Carpet looks better and revived it enough to buy us time on replacing it. Our technician did a nice job, but she mentioned she would give me some spot cleaner and something else after she was done. Unfortunately she must have forgotten. :(

Carpet cleaned. Jacob the tech. who cleaned was polite and put some effort in the cleaning, known as elbow grease. Very efficient Only problem I had was no phone call day before as stated on internet.

The employees were very friendly and the one thing I appreciate is how the gentleman communicated with us about our carpet stains. We have a 6 year old and her carpet was very dirty. He communicated on what was on the carpet and got up all the stains. Our place looks brand new. We are very happy with the service.
