Client Testimonials

Joel did a thorough job and the carpets dried quickly

Well......i didn't get my vents or returns cleaned out because of the way my ducts are configured. To get the job done, the technician would have to cut a hole in my sheet rock and I didn't want to have him do that. He also said my air ducts are inverted and wrapped with insulation, and this would cause the insulation to shred and blow throughout the house.....and I sure didn't want that to happen. This ended up just being an inspection with no cleaning done.

I was very pleased with your service

I was very pleased with your service

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and the Company was very accommodating with my work schedule. The cleaner (Myah) called ahead of time and arrived exactly at the time promised. Myah was very pleasant and professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with her work.

Castor did a great job. He was quick and efficient.

I love the Zero-Rez value proposition of no chemicals. Their technicians have always been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't need carpet cleaned often but they are the only ones I use when I do!

The service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to remove 99% of the stains.

Shawn was very professional & eager to clean whatever I needed cleaned.

The congeniality and professionalism of Caster and Shaun. Explained everything that they would be doing and why. Also made sure the quote was agreeable with me before they began so there would be no surprises at the end. Can't tell you how many services tack on surprise fees at the end that I knew nothing about because they "forgot" to mention them. Being on time is important to me, as well, and Caster and Shaun were right on time. Cleaned everything up at the end. I'll definitely be seeing you again in seven or eight years when it's time to do this again.

Easy to schedule the appointment, the technician showed up on time, the work was done professionally and the price was fair.

The service man was on time, careful, thorough and pleasant. Highly recommended!

The service was very friendly, hard-working and it was easy to schedule! The carpets look and smell so much better! Getting our carpets cleaned also provided great motivation to do some deep cleaning, organizing and throw some stuff away! I would highly recommend Zerorez!

When I first called, I was able to speak to a person and not deal with prompts. It was easy to make the appointment. The time window was only 3 hours. The gentleman that arrived at my house was professional and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions.
