The tech (wish I’d have gotten his name) was fantastic - friendly, polite, professional, and resolved a miscommunication right away. And the carpets (with 2 dogs, a cat, and 3 boys) are amazingly clean.

Everything was great
The staff who came to our home for both the duct cleaning and carpet cleaning were very professional and polite. We have used Zerorez several times for carpet cleaning and found the results to be consistently good, so we tried the duct cleaning. We like the before and after photos along with the video of the cleaning as it occurred.
