Excellent customer service. In the beginning I was assigned a technician, Castor, to clean my air ducts. Months later I was not getting air from a few of my vents. I was assigned the same tech because he was already familiar with my house and myself. He explored the issue and identified the problem. The problem had nothing to do with his previous cleaning, however he still fixed what he could. He then scheduled another person to come out and examine it. My technician came back with Matt and fixed my issue. Customer satisfaction is what Zerorez is all about. I am a happy customer. Next I’ll have my furniture and carpet cleaned. I am checking my house to see what else they can do for me.

Shawn was professional and honest. He took the time to investigate our dryer situation and ultimately determined we didn’t even need a dryer vent cleaning. I appreciated him showing us before and after pictures- I could not believe how disgusting our vents were and just how clean they were after. The improvement in airflow immediately after the vent cleaning made me wish we had done this YEARS ago. We will definitely recommend this service to our friends and family!

We scheduled air duct and carpet cleaning the same day. Scheduling was easy and the person I talked to took the time to consider what the best order of the services should be and how to find multiple deals for the best price. During the air duct cleaning, I greatly appreciated that the person provided me with honest feedback about the state of the ducts and that it might not be best to clean them now, since we're planning a remodel soon. That saved me money and I plan to call Zerorez post-remodel for the cleaning. I wasn't present for the carpet cleaning, but my husband said they did a great job! The carpets looked great. I was very happy with the level of service overall and all my interactions with the company were helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Neither the company nor myself where aware that one of my rugs was a cotton rug so after the first visit I realized there was a stain on the rug so I called and explained that their was a new stain on my rug and they had the same person Mya who is outstanding at cleaning rugs as well as customer service she’s kind to myself as well as my children and I really appreciated that! Anyways they had her come back and after giving it all she had the stain wouldn’t come out so they offered me my money back for the carpet cleaning I had done on that rug. So yes I was super satisfied with my service done!

Shawn did a great job in cleaning the ducts. Zerorez hires great staff. We had our carpets cleaned a couple of weeks ago. Great service and results in both situations.

Shane was here last week and he did a marvelous job. The carpets look fantastic. He took his time, and there was no odor afterward.
