Shane and Matt came out to clean vents at my Mom’s house. They were both wonderful!! They explained everything in detail, were extremely polite, made sure that they didn’t track anything in and showed us pictures and videos of what they were doing and had done. They checked our furnace and told us it didn’t need to be cleaned instead of just telling us they did it and charging us. Before I selected ZeroRez I checked other companies, ZeroRez had a fair price and came recommended by a friend, so I decided to try them. I would highly recommend ZeroRez, from John, who answered the phone to Shane and Matt, who performed the service, I could not have asked for better!!! I have only used zerorez since I bought my house you were recommended to me by a co worker but the biggest reason I only have used your company is because the staff has been so nice but the last guy who cleaned my carpets recently was the nicest one yet very professional very nice he really likes what he’s doing and it shows he even gave me a spot cleaner after he was finished no one has done that before in the past i really appreciate him for his professionalism and people skills he’s a hard worker thank you
