I liked walking in without being checked by person at entry. It wouldn’t be a problem if it was equal but I think they profile and that doesn’t work well with me. I also enjoyed the friendly staff and clean theatre. I do have to mention that the women’s restroom needed attention. I let a member know and he directed me to the front desk which I thought was funny. I let him know my movie had already started so hopefully he took care of it.
Everything was great but the restrooms are in need of attention. When you walk in the front door, it's the men's restroom on the right hall of the theatre. 1 of the Dyson hand dryers would not work nor would one of the 3 faucets at the sink. Would not come on. Lastly the restrooms were filthy. It's so hard nowadays to get decent help but just giving you feedback. Everything else was a 10 and we had a great time (went twice this weekend) and we'll surely be back!

The movie was good and so were the seats! It was very easy to book seats.
We love that people know what we already want at the bar,they say the usual, because my husband and I have Friday date nights.
And to me that's important because you know that your bartenders know you by face and name.

I loved the seats and how they reclined and was heated! Very comfy. I would say to upgrade the concession stand to get more popcorn flavors other than butter. And the women's bathrooms were not cleaned. It smelled real bad!

First, the movie choices. We saw The Chosen Sn.5 part 1, then part 2 and part 3 next.
The theater is great, friendly, clean, and most importantly ... yummy popcorn.
Absolutely great theatre
I enjoy the theater however, the seats were a little dirty. They need to make sure that theater is clean in between visits. Otherwise had a pretty decent experience.
We always have a great family time when we head to Silverado. The theater is up to date, clean and the movie experience is great.
Had some issues with website but they were responsive and cleared them up immediately!

I appreciate that it’s always clean.
We need wheelchair seating and usually have to sit uncomfortablyclose to the screen. We appreciated that the accessible seats were at the back.
For those in our party in regular seats, we enjoyed the space between rows.
