carpet feels/looks clean
Best carpet cleaning I have ever had! After 5 kids and many carpet cleanings our 12 year old carpet was so dirty and matted I was serious thinking it was time to replace it. We had the carpet cleaned by Zerorez for the holidays and it is now so clean and fresh. Thanks Zerorez, you've got a customer for life.

No chemical products and my carpets are cleaner then when I moved in
I was astonished at how long my carpets took to dry. The cleaners left at 3:15 in the afternoon, and the next morning at 8:00, there was still moisture. It was a little scary, as I was worried about mold growing. By noon, we felt it was finally safe to move our furniture back in, but I would not recommend my friends go with a company that takes so long to dry.
Do not charge to move furniture unless there is alot of it.
Workers are very easy to work with and do a great job.

Ed was awesome. He really did know how to clean a carpet. This is the best carpet cleaning we have ever had. It was a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for.
