The employee was very friendly. He did a great job.
I like the way you use a high pressure water sprayer on the tile. I have had Zerorez clean in my home and in the clubhouse and pool bathrooms of the development I live in and it looked great both times. Also the technician was helpful and professional.

The person who cleaned was very professional and did a great job. He was careful around furniture and corners. The carpets also dried relatively quickly and look great. The only thing we forgot was we had a coupon for a free chair cleaning!! We will probably use zerorez in the future.

This is the first time I've paid for a carpet cleaning so nothing I can think of at this time. I would like to say the gentleman that cleaned our carpets was outstanding. I liked that he put on shoe coverings, explained the process, and was very knowledge and caring of hour house and carpets. He was outstanding customer service.

My carpets were badly stained from about 8 years of not having them cleaned and with two dogs living with me for the past ten years I did not expect the stains to come up as clean as they did or completely gone.

I felt that the person who did our carpets did a great job but due to circumstances beyond his control he came to late in the afternoo and we were un able to put anything back until the next afternoon when we got home from work. Basicly irt was very inconveniant . But he did a good job.
