I was impressed with the young man that came to clean my carpet and floors. He worked efficiently and the end result on both the carpet and floor was AMESOME, considering the carpet was about 21 years old.
Left quite a few spots
Branding was excellent once he arrived, guess he called but reception was bad so couldn't hear what he told me on why he was late. The floor in basement looks brand new. He helped me make another guest area smell amazingly better so when can you come back I have another room that needs attention.
They were on time, quick, and thorough.
I like no residue, however, nothing can make a 10 year old carpet look new again. I also liked receiving spotting solution, as I did the first time I used Zerorez, but did not receive any this time.
Professional staff, great availability, great work on my carpets
I had talked to carpet cleaner prior to arrival since I was not at home, but had a friend there for the appointment. I told him Your tech I wanted scotch guard in front of my sofa and on the stairs and he told me he would give me exact when he called he prior to arrival. My friend called to confirm whether I wanted it with the final cost as they were finishing up. I texted back with a quick clarification and let him know I wanted it. By the time I texted back to confirm "yes", my friend texted me and said "they were rushed, we passed on the scotch guard." I was unhappy because the tech knew I was planning on having it done. I was only somewhat satisfied with the actual cleaning job. I felt like your "no residue" process would leave my carpets better than the cleaning I have received from the truck mounted system. My carpets, when they dried seemed hard, almost crusty. It also seemed they didn't remove a few spots that normally would have come out easily with my regular cleaner. Do they not pre- spot before cleaning it? Wouldn't use ZeroRez again.

Good cleaning, no residue left on rugs. The guys are friendly and nice too!
Technician was courteous and efficient. Good job. The only problem is that I have not received an
invoice for work performed. Paid technician and he indicated that an invoice would come via email.

My cost ended up somewhat higher than expected - primairly due to services added (stain blocker).

No harsh chemicals
Because of you guys never sending me my receipt after calling and asking a few times for you to send it to me the landlord did not believe me when I said the carpets were cleaned so they charged me for a carpet cleaning that did not need to be done and to top it off I got told it didn't look that great at all. I will not recommend your company for business. Truthfully I feel like I should get a refund since the landlord had to go back and have the carpets cleaned if it was done right there wouldn't of been sick a question about them being done. So I'm so glad I wasted my money.
The techs were very friendly and thorough. One tech even vacuumed one of the rooms for me. Carpet turned out great.
I scheduled my appointment for 10 to 12 on a Monday, and got a call over the weekend trying to reschedule. I never called back to confirm because the time I scheduled was better. You guys came early anyways, which was really inconvenient and stressful. However the service was great, and the men that came were very nice. The carpets look great!
The two gentlemen who arrived to clean my rugs were courteous, neat in appearance, and seemed knowledgeable about the task at hand. I used Zerorez in St. George because I had used the company in Las Vegas and was very pleased with the results. However, tracking down Zerorez in St. George was not an easy task. Be sure to get your listing in the phone book. The one thing I ask is that you NOT use my e-mail address to constantly promote your services. Other companies (Sears, etc.) have done that, and it is a big turn-off for me.
Great cleaning job
Carpet looked great, but the stairs stayed wet twice as long as the other carpet areas cleaned. Is that normal?
